Usage characteristics of KFGR high-temperature resistant cable products
1、 交流額定電壓: U0/U為450/750V;
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U is 450/750V;
2、 電纜的敷設溫度應不低于:聚氯乙烯護套電纜0℃;硅橡皮護套電纜-20 ℃;氟塑料護套電纜-20℃。
2. The laying temperature of cables should not be lower than 0 ℃ for PVC sheathed cables; Silicone rubber sheathed cable -20 ℃; Fluoroplastic sheathed cable -20 ℃.
3、 電纜導體長期允許工作溫度為:氟塑料外護層為200℃/260℃;聚氯乙烯外護層為105℃;硅橡皮外護層為180℃。

4、 電纜推薦允許彎曲半徑:無鎧裝層的電纜,應不小于電纜外徑的6倍;有鎧裝層的電纜或帶銅帶屏蔽結構的電纜,應不小于電纜外徑的12倍;有屏蔽層結構的軟電纜,應不小于電纜外徑的6倍;氟塑料絕緣護套材料的電纜應不小于電纜外徑的8倍。
4. Recommended allowable bending radius for cables: for cables without armor layer, it should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; Cables with armor layer or cables with copper tape shielding structure should not be less than 12 times the outer diameter of the cable; Soft cables with a shielding layer structure should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable; The cable made of fluoroplastic insulation sheath material should not be less than 8 times the outer diameter of the cable.
